With 40 guest slips and 400' of linear moorage complete with fresh water, 30-amp & 50-amp power, the marina is rarely full.
​
We offer 30' slips, 50' slips and Linear moorage for vessel up to 75'. If your vessel is over 75' and you would like to stay at the marina, we will need prior approval from the Port Manager.

Please note our breakwater may close partially or fully to all guest and the public due to weather and safety concerns. We will close the Linar moorage for all small craft advisories.

*Rate is based off whichever is longer, slip length or boat length. Minimum slip lengths are 30′, larger slips are marked otherwise
Guest Moorage Policies

OCCUPANCY:

Slips must remain occupied for the duration of stay.

Vessels not in their assigned slip by close of business are at risk of losing their slip. Sorry, we cannot guarantee availability after the moorage office closes.

Moorage will not be accepted for unoccupied slips.
-
Utilities are included with your moorage and are not guaranteed.

EARLY DEPARTURES
If a customer has a valid reason for needing to depart early, a credit voucher may be requested. Valid reasons for early departure may include, but are not limited to:

Severe inclement weather

Equipment failure
-
Health/Medical conditions
-
Personal/Family emergency
​
Credit vouchers may be issued for the unused portion of the guest moorage fees paid by the customer. Credit vouchers can be used at a later date within one (1) year‘s time of the early departure.

REFUNDS
Requests for refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. The criteria by which a request will be considered include the following:

Severe inclement weather

Equipment failure
-
Health/Medical conditions
-
Personal/Family emergency

Other considerations include:

Why a credit voucher is insufficient?
-
Did the Port suffer financial loss due to the early departure?​

GIFT CERTIFICATE/CREDIT VOUCHER USE:
Customer must redeem the original certificate/voucher. Copies will not be accepted.
Lost certificates/vouchers will not be replaced.

Guest Moorage Regulations
While you are visiting with us, please observe the following:

All vessels must register within 30 minutes upon entering the marina.

No overnight or hourly moorage at the fuel/pump-out dock.
-
Check-out time is 12:00 pm.
-
No sailing in or out of marina.
-
All pets must be on a leash, and we ask that you clean up after them.
-
No riding bikes, skateboards, roller blades or scooters on docks.
-
Storage of anything on docks is prohibited.
-
No swimming in marina.
-
Do not harass seals or other marine mammals.
